The permissible cooler size as defined on the official Jamboree in the Hills website:

"The maximum permissible cooler size is 48" long by 30" wide by 24" deep. Larger coolers will not be permitted through the ticket gates. The maximum length and width also apply to carts used for transporting coolers. The maximum height for carts used for transporting coolers is 37" (with the coolers on them) Keep in mind that beer, water and soft drinks are available at a reasonable cost."
